Full-timeTravel: 0Organization: Red Bull AustraliaJob type: TemporaryThe On-Premise Finance Business Partner is responsible for providing critical commercial finance support to On Premise teams through valuable analysis and insights to influence smarter, more informed decision making.This highly visible and senior role is responsible for the financial stewardship of the On-Premise Business through engaging in cross functional decisions and helping to deliver a positive impact on the profitability and cash flow of the organisation.This is a fixed term contract for 6 months.BUSINESS PARTNERSHIPActs as a contact and sparring partner for the On-Premise Sales Director, Head of Key Accounts, Head of Musketeers, Head of Festivals, On Premise Marketing Manager and Regional On Premise ManagersWorks closely with the various stakeholders, have a service mentality but also challenges them, asks questions, gives opinions, suggestions and insights based on accurate & relevant information.Knows the contract terms of contracted On Premise venues and the status of spending commitments.Assess the cost benefit of contract proposals and recommended investment levels in collaboration with the Head of Musketeers.PLANNING & FORECASTINGCoordinates the Business Plan/Revised Estimate with budget owners.Supports and challenges budget owners during the planning process.Prepares year to go best estimates, considering reasonableness of planning assumptions and market conditions.Prepares forecast based on the MPU (Monthly Planning Update) process and clearly articulates changes to plan.Highlights risks and opportunities within the forecast and appropriately challenges inputs where necessary.Ensures accurate forecasting and clarity of drivers, resulting in robust and timely decision making.Works in collaboration with budget owners to ensure the delivery to the Full Year plan each monthMONTH END CLOSINGCan present a true and accurate position of YTD & Full Year performance of On Premise based on Month End results and can clearly articulate impact versus target.Is able to articulate the performance of On-Premise results through key drivers by venue or marketing activityHas an opinion of performance before seeking further insight from key stakeholdersREPORTING & ANALYSISPrepares and distributes detailed monthly reports including comments by venue or marketing activity (internal order) and account using either SAP, BI and /or Hyperion for Key Stakeholders and DirectorsMonthly presentation on Month and Year-to-Date impact of On-Premise results to the On Premise Team – clearly articulating variances and full year impact which should steer the Business in achieving its goalsGENERALTASKSEnsures timely distribution of financial information (plan & actual) to key stakeholders by presenting at regular monthly meetingsMeasures and reviews the cost/benefit ratio of proposed activities.Builds a solid relationship with budget owners based on mutual respect, trust and understanding of the business.Is driven through a service mentality by sharing insights, supporting budget reallocations, ensuring overall budget adherenceChampions compliance of Group Controlling guidelines and internal policies.Degree Qualified in Accounting, Finance or Business+3 years Post Qualified Experience in a commercial role ideally within the fast-moving consumer goods industryHighly analytical, financially literate and experienced in commercial modellingStrong business partnering skills - able to influence outcomes and handle challenging commercial situations in a professional mannerYou warrant that:You have read and understand the Privacy Statement and the Red Bull Australia Privacy Policy.You are qualified to work in Australia and understand that Red Bull Australia may require you to provide evidence of this to comply with its obligations under the Migration Act 1958 (Cth).All the information you have submitted to Red Bull Australia Pty Ltd (including via this application and any attachments) is true, accurate and complete.
