IM Solutions is searching for an AV/IT Operations Manager responsible for overseeing and coordinating the AV/IT, Engineering and Service/Maintenance departments with a focus on quality, profitability, safety, and customer satisfaction. Reports to: Chief Technology Officer Key Responsibilities Operations Management: Coordinate, manage and prioritize project and company related tasks and resources on a daily basis. Maintain project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure on‑time and within‑budget completion. Establish and enforce standards, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and maintain a safe and healthy work environment. Team Leadership and Development: Manage AV/IT resources, including staffing levels, training, and utilization on projects. Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining relationships and ensuring satisfaction. Address customer issues promptly and effectively, striving to enhance the customer experience. Essential Duties You'll Need to Fulfill: (partial list, other duties may be assigned as needed.) Plan, communicate, and track all aspects of the IM Solutions Operations department. Lead weekly Line of Business (LOB) meetings. Lead weekly Operations department meetings. Actively participate in weekly Leadership meetings. Work closely with Leadership team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation. Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards, processes, and procedures. Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints. Work collaboratively with all IMSolutions staff for the greater good of the company. Required Qualifications Strong Leadership skills managing teams of 10 or more people Minimum of 10 years of experience in Audio Visual/Information Technology based project management and construction methodology Commitment to people management with dignity and respect Entrepreneurial experience and/or spirit Excellent written and verbal communication skills Adaptability to technology advancements and changing project requirements Proficiency in MIS tools such as ERP, BMS, CRM, and MS Office Project Management Professional (PMP) or technical degree.
