We have recently been appointed by our clients to recruit further Personal Care Workers to help support their facilities in the Byron Bay and Ballina area. Who are we? Hence, we are looking for passionate and reliable professionals with drive and commitment to high standards of care for residents. If you have a friendly attitude and an enduring personality, you could be the perfect new member of our team RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE: Assisting residents with personal care (showering, dressing, toileting, grooming) Supporting residents with mobility and transfers Monitoring and recording residents' wellbeing Assisting with meals and feeding as required Completing documentation and reporting to nursing staff SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS NDIS Clearance (or willing to get one) Updated Flu Vaccination (should be willing to get one) Certificate III or IV (Ageing and Disability) Minimum 6 months experience in Australia Full working rights in Australia NCRC Police Check Must be currently based in Australia What is in it for you?
