Residential Manager FT - Aged Care TASMANIA Menarock Aged Care Services – Claremont TAS About the role: You will be accountable for the clinical and operational management of the home, maintaining high occupancy levels and leading a truly passionate and dedicated team committed to delivering high quality, safe and caring resident experiences. About you: Degree in Nursing with current AHPRA registration Significant experience as a Residential Manager in Aged Care (highly desirable) Proven success in growing and maintaining high occupancy Demonstrated commitment to quality, safety and a broad knowledge of ANACC and Accreditation Demonstrated ability to effectively lead, develop and inspire staff Excellent written and verbal communication skills Respect, empathy and a passion for aged care Why join the Menarock Family?
