About the role: You will be accountable for the clinical and operational management of the home, maintaining high occupancy levels and leading a truly passionate and dedicated team committed to delivering high quality, safe and caring resident experiences. About you: Degree in Nursing with current AHPRA registration. Significant experience as a Residential Manager in Aged Care highly desirable . Proven success in growing and maintaining high occupancy. Demonstrated commitment to quality, safety and a broad knowledge of ANACC and Accreditation. Demonstrated ability to effectively lead, develop and inspire staff.
