CRM Coordinator

Your role with us: With an ever increasing catalogue of products and customer base, we are increasing our CRM team and hiring a CRM Coordinator to assist with customer communication on all things Easygo in our Spanish markets. The CRM Coordinator will contribute to maximising growth and customer retention through implementing strategy and communications to a rapidly growing player base.Who are we? Click play, on your career today What you will do: Coordinate communication and content to enhance the user experience and stages of the player lifecycle. Recommend and develop optimal plans for delivery of campaign, campaign format and campaign platform to grow profitability, creating action plans and strategies where appropriate Enhance player lifetime value, reduce churn and implement relevant CRM strategy. Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to identify which offers to promote and when Be responsible for researching and sourcing relevant content to communicate with our player base Monitor and analyse results of email/SMS campaigns, including completing weekly/monthly KPI reports.
