The Role We are excited to be partnering with New Balance to recruit a CRM & Email Coordinator ANZ. In this role, you will help deliver CRM and email marketing activity, with a focus on driving engagement, retention, and eCommerce performance. Day to day, you will build and send EDM campaigns, manage customer segments, support always‑on and tactical campaigns, and provide regular reporting. Working closely with the CRM & Loyalty Manager, you will contribute to a 360‑degree view of the customer and help strengthen loyalty across the ANZ market. Key Responsibilities Execute end‑to‑end EDM campaigns, including briefing, building, testing, and deployment Build and manage targeted customer segments to support personalised communications Run A/B tests and refine campaigns based on engagement results Support the loyalty program and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention initiatives Prepare weekly and monthly reports across key customer and campaign KPIs Skills and Experience 1–2 years’ experience in CRM, loyalty, or email marketing (agency or brand side) Experience using email marketing and customer data platforms Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn customer insights and performance data into actions High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Confident communicator who enjoys working with cross‑functional teams Benefits This is a great opportunity to join a globally recognised brand during a strong period of growth, within an inclusive and supportive team that values work‑life balance.
