We are a fast‑paced FIFO based maintenance company dedicated to delivering exceptional support to projects across Western Australia. With a focus on mould remediation and site maintenance, our team values safety, reliability and integrity. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Work Health & Safety (WHS) Officer to support our field teams, maintain compliance, and drive a strong safety culture across all projects. Join our fast‑growing team in a hybrid role (some FIFO required) based in Gnangara. Find out more about who we are and what we do at Role Overview As our WHS Officer, you will take a hands‑on role in ensuring safe work practices across mould remediation, restoration, and construction worksites. You will conduct site inspections, develop and improve WHS systems, deliver training, and work closely with supervisors and technicians to maintain the highest safety standards. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, communicates clearly, and is passionate about keeping people safe. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular site audits, risk assessments, and hazard inspections Develop, implement, and maintain WHS policies, SWMS, and safe work procedures Support incident investigations and implement corrective actions Deliver safety inductions and toolbox talks to field teams Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, industry standards, and company protocols Work with project managers and technicians to identify and reduce safety risks Maintain WHS documentation, registers, and reporting Assist in the development of emergency response plans and safety initiatives Assist with ad‑hoc responsibilities and tasks from time to time as required by senior management What We're Looking For Required: Cert IV in Work Health & Safety (minimum requirement) or similar along with proven industry experience Experience in construction, mould remediation, restoration, or related fields Strong understanding of WHS legislation and industry standards Excellent communication and coaching skills Ability to work autonomously and across multiple job sites Strong problem‑solving and incident‑management skills Current driver's licence Additional desirable qualifications: IICRC certification Asbestos awareness or removal certifications Construction White Card Why Join Us?
