About the Role As an integral member of our national team based in Hobart, the Account Executive provides high‑quality administrative and client service support to our Account Managers. This fast‑paced, varied role includes: Processing new business, renewals, amendments, endorsements, and certificates of currency. Managing client enquiries and requests from brokers. Following up with clients via phone and e‑mail. Delivering outstanding service and ensuring a positive experience for all Network Insurance House clients and partners. About You You’re highly organiser, able to prioritise with ease, focused on achieving results, adept at handling various systems, and possess strong emotional intelligence. You’re resilient, adaptable, and eager to grow within the insurance industry. Strong administrative and organisational skills. A proactive, team‑focused attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The ability to manage multiple systems and a high volume of work. A drive to learn and grow within the insurance industry. Previous experience in insurance or Tier 2 qualifications highly regarded but not essential; training and support provided.
