Featherbrook P‑9 College is located in Point Cook, adjacent to the Featherbrook Community Centre. The school opened in term 1, 2017. Role This role is for someone who loves cooking and food technology. You will assist the Food Technology Teacher in: Preparation for classes Assistance to the Food Technology teacher during class time Cleaning the food technology room after class time Assisting with weekly produce/grocery orders Assisting the Food Technology teacher in all aspects of the Food Technology Program An education support class position at this range will perform tasks carried out in accordance with guidelines, accepted practice and school policy under supervision and direction. It may include coordination of other education support class staff within the work area or educational program. Responsibilities include: Carry out allocated activities and tasks determined by the school consistent with the role description. Participate in planning and preparation with teachers on a regular basis. Participate in professional learning activities provided through this initiative.
