You’ll work closely with project teams and key stakeholders to understand current state processes and help design our future state, including identifying improvement opportunities. Key Accountabilities Capture and analyse ‘As-Is' and ‘To-Be' business process models using Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) or other mapping methods to depict a detailed sequence of business activities and information flows needed to complete business processes. Work with multi-disciplinary teams to define, develop, test, implement and evaluate information systems and their processes. Identify improvements and undertake gap analysis of current/future-state processes in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to identify shortcomings, bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement. Develop business requirements specifications to ensure operational processes align with the organisation's strategic goals. Contribute to project work and provide advice to management on application and associated issues and initiatives including risk identification and management. Facilitate collaboration and the gathering of inputs by leading meetings and workshops. Build and maintain positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders providing professional guidance and support. Role Requirements Qualification A relevant qualification will be highly regarded. Technical/Operational/Educational Experience Demonstrated experience in facilitation and business process mapping is essential. Applications to remain current for 12 months.
