The Role This is a rare opportunity to shape the stories, people, and ideas at the heart of MWF’s global events. As Event Content Producer, you’ll own the development and delivery of event programs that bring the Martech community together – from defining event themes and curating speakers, to producing world‑class on‑stage experiences and amplifying content post‑event. Reporting to the Global Head of Operations and collaborating closely with the Global Marketing Manager and Global Head of Research, this role blends production, storytelling, and editorial curation. You’ll be the person ensuring that every session feels fresh, insightful, and aligned to what matters most for today’s marketing and technology leaders. You Will Shape the story: Develop event themes, session structures, and editorial direction that resonate with senior Martech and brand audiences. Curate the voices: Identify, secure, and support high‑calibre speakers who can share meaningful, actionable insights. Produce the experience: Manage the content flow, run sheets, MC scripts, and session timing to deliver seamless, engaging event experiences. Amplify the impact: Partner with Marketing to repurpose event content into interviews, articles, and videos that extend MWF’s reach beyond the stage. Collaborate for success: Work across Operations, Marketing, and Research to maintain alignment, track outcomes, and drive continuous improvement. What You Bring to the Role To thrive in this role, you’ll need: 3–5 years’ experience producing or curating content for professional events or conferences. Strong editorial judgement and ability to translate complex ideas into engaging live content. Confidence engaging, briefing, and coaching senior‑level speakers. Proven project management skills and comfort working across multiple time zones. Collaborative approach, working effectively with Operations, Marketing, and Research teams. Familiarity with Accelevents, WordPress, or similar event/publishing tools. Bonus points for: Experience developing content strategy for multi‑market or global events. Connections across the Martech, Adtech, or SaaS ecosystems. A passion for thought leadership, storytelling, and bringing ideas to life on stage.
