The Role As an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (EN), you will play an important role in delivering safe, competent, and person‑centred clinical care to our residents. Working closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will promote health, comfort, and wellbeing while building meaningful connections with residents and their families. Key Responsibilities Participate in resident admissions and ongoing assessments to ensure individual care needs are met Maintain accurate, detailed documentation that reflects the care provided Complete ACFI assessments and contribute to funding optimisation Assist in implementing and reviewing personalised care plans Administer medications and maintain strict compliance with ordering, storage, and documentation procedures Support the delivery of high‑quality care in line with AHPRA standards and organisational policies What You Will Bring Current AHPRA registration as an EN Ideally 2+ years post‑graduate experience, preferably in aged care Knowledge of aged care standards, ACFI, and accreditation requirements Strong clinical, documentation, and teamwork skills Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain) Current NDIS check (or willingness to obtain) Commitment to compassionate, resident‑focused care Why Join Respect at Mareeba Gardens?
