Civil Plant Operators

Queensland Complete Contracting Services (QCCS) is a well-established civil construction company with a strong pipeline of projects throughout Central Queensland and the Bowen Basin. As we continue to expand, we’re seeking experienced and motivated Civil Operators to join our team for long-term opportunities. All-Round Operators We’re looking for operators with 3+ years’ experience across a range of equipment, including: Excavators (up to 30t) Loaders HR Licence holders with experience operating tilt trays, tippers, or water carts will be highly regarded. What We’re Looking For Previous experience on civil or mining projects Relevant RIIs/tickets and equipment competencies A strong focus on safety and risk management A team-player attitude – we live by “Look out for your mates.” Mandatory Requirements Standard 11 (or willingness to obtain) White Card (Construction Induction) Coal Board Medical / Health Assessment (or willingness to obtain) Drive-In/Drive-Out only – FIFO not available Why Join QCCS?
