Digital Marketing & eCommerce Coordinator Full‑Time | Moorabbin Showroom | Onsite Brand: Eos Bathware Eos Bathware is one of Melbourne’s fastest‑growing bathroom brands, spanning retail showrooms and a rapidly expanding e-commerce presence. We are looking for a highly capable Digital Marketing & eCommerce Coordinator to take ownership of our online experience across Shopify, Meta, Google and email. This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves taking action, moving fast, and constantly improving conversions. You will be the engine that keeps our digital ecosystem running — products uploaded accurately, campaigns executed on time, and our website optimised for conversions. You’ll work closely with our Digital Content & Merchandising Specialist to execute campaigns and elevate the brand’s digital experience. You will also collaborate with our Director on strategy, growth and analytics. Your role… Manage and maintain our Shopify website Upload and manage large volumes of products (200+ per week) Improve product data, attributes and SEO structure Execute email marketing campaigns and flows (2 per month + automations) Manage Meta & Google Ads, re‑marketing audiences and campaign optimisation Analyse GA4, ROAS, CPA and other conversion metrics Deliver weekly performance reporting and insights to influence strategy Work with the Digital Content & Merchandising Specialist to implement CRO improvements Create landing pages, bundle pages and promotional pages Assist with digital campaign rollout across all channels Maintain a consistent and premium brand experience online Who we’re looking for… You live and breathe Shopify You are extremely organised and thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑output environment You understand conversion best practices and how to implement them You enjoy problem‑solving through data and analytics You are proactive and comfortable owning the digital space You have strong attention to detail and can manage large volumes of information You enjoy working in a creative environment with premium brands What you need to be amazing at this… Shopify experience essential Experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads GA4 reporting and analysis Experience with email marketing platforms Strong written communication Understanding of SEO fundamentals Experience in retail, e‑commerce or product‑based environments preferred A taste of what’s great about this role… Work across two unique and growing bathroom brands High autonomy with strategic involvement Creative, supportive team Opportunity to grow into a senior digital, e‑commerce or marketing role Beautiful showroom environment in Moorabbin If you want to take ownership of a premium brand’s digital performance — we’d love to meet you.
