Further information about HealthSmart is available on our website ABOUT THE POSITION We are seeking a long term assistant for our HealthSmart pharmacy at Victoria Parade . The role includes customer service, stock control, inward and outward handling of prescriptions and liaising with the pharmacist. The role is full time, Monday to Friday, 9.30-5.30 and we would also be open to part time applicants. ABOUT THE PERSON We need an enthusiastic, hard working pharmacy professional who is committed to the role, takes initiative and has capacity to manage all retail aspects of the pharmacy. The right candidate will be a naturally customer focused person who loves interacting with patients and answering their health questions. The ideal candidate will have: Customer centric focus. Ability to manage their time and the day to day operations within the pharmacy. Intuitive and leadership mindset, but with a hands on and can-do attitude. Excellent interpersonal communication skills Skills/Experience/Qualifications: Pharmacy experience S2/S3 accreditation – or willingness to be upskilled Familiarity with Fred POS Most of all the successful candidate will be characterised by being dependable, capable, loyal and trustworthy with good capacity and EQ, strongly sharing the vision of the organisation.
