Full‑Time Chef | The Mona Hotel – Mona Vale We are looking for a passionate Full‑Time Chef to join the kitchen team at The Mona Hotel, an iconic and recently refurbished venue in Mona Vale on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. With multiple kitchens operating across gastro pub classics, wood‑fired pizza and baking, this is an exciting opportunity to join a fast‑growing venue under new ownership and management.
