Warehousing Team leader

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehousing Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in warehouse management and be committed to leading a team to success. This role is based in Coolalinga. Initially commencing as a casual full time employee, this position is expected to become permanent full time. Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team of warehouse workers to meet daily operational goals Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate tracking of all items Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment Monitor and improve efficiency in warehouse operations Train new team members on warehouse processes and procedures Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless operations Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase productivity Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse management or team leader role (or as a senior team member) Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire a team Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures Understanding of safety protocols and best practices in a warehouse setting Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities HEWL – Forklift required, with demonstrated experience If you are a proactive and dedicated individual with a passion for leading a team to success, we would love to hear from you.
