Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Paint Store All Rounder. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting them in selecting the right products for their painting projects, and answering any questions they may have. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the inventory and organizing the warehouse, ensuring that products are stocked and easily accessible for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service and warehousing, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients. A background in trades or painting would be highly regarded. This role is based in Winnellie and is ongoing for the right candidate. Full time hours. Key responsibilities Providing excellent customer service, including assisting customers with product selection and answering any questions they may have Managing inventory and organizing the warehouse to ensure products are stocked and easily accessible Processing customer orders and coordinating deliveries Maintaining a clean and organised work environment Assisting with other duties as needed Qualifications Previous experience in customer service and/or warehousing Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Commitment to providing exceptional service to our customers Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed – Must be able to lift 20kg safely Forklift licence preferred Must have a C class drivers licence as some customer deliveries will be required (using the company car) If you are a dedicated and hardworking individual with a passion for customer service and warehousing, we want to hear from you.
