Synergie Australia requires a Customer Service Officer for immediate start for our Waste Management client located locally in Darwin, NT. We think outside the box by redefining recruitment. Important parts Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM $35.80 per hour 12-month contract What you will be required to do Answer and direct incoming calls in a timely and professional manner Respond to customer enquiries and complaints, providing effective solutions Book and schedule recurring services, including grease trap servicing Advise customers on compliance matters (e.g., OHS and sewerage regulations) Monitor and respond to shared email inboxes Manage and resolve disputes with a focus on customer satisfaction Update customer service records with new purchase orders, access details, and instructions To be successful in the role you will Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre environment (highly desirable) Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask A positive, proactive approach with the ability to work independently and in a team Have working rights in Australia Have access to reliable transport and ability to get to work What’s on offer for you Be a part of a nationally respected company Long term contract of 12 months If you’re ready, click apply now, contact us on **********@synergieaustralia.com.au or our branch on 5***.
