Opportunity – Temporary 4‑Year Executive Officer Contract, Band EO1 - $189,841 per annum (excl. super), based in the Rosebud office. About the Role Reporting to the Chief of Staff, the core responsibilities include: Leading the design and delivery of people plans, strategies, programs and services that enable us to best serve our community Proactive leadership of a high‑performing, skilled and engaged team Providing trusted advice and coaching to our Leadership Team Leadership of all aspects of our Business Partnering, Culture & Talent Management, Payroll, People Operations, Safety & Wellbeing and Workplace Relations functions About You We are looking for someone who has Extensive People & Culture strategic and operational leadership experience with positive outcomes in impacting workforce planning, engagement and performance. An enviable reputation as a leader of teams that others want to work in and the ability to implement solutions that help others create these environments. Knowledge of legislation, regulation and best‑practice People, Culture & Safety approaches with the ability to tailor these to our organisation and lean into creative innovation. Exceptional communication and relationship management skills that promote trust and drive a culture that is aligned with our values and a culture of belonging, engagement and safety.
