Overview This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and creative Senior Florist to join the team at Mary k floral design in Maroubra, NSW. As a full-time Senior Florist, you will be responsible for designing and creating stunning floral arrangements and installations for a variety of clients and events. What you'll be doing Designing and crafting unique floral arrangements and centrepieces for weddings, events, and corporate clients Overseeing the daily operations of the floral studio, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and supervising junior florists Providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with clients to understand their vision and bring it to life Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the floristry industry Maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail in all floral designs What we're looking for A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Senior Florist or similar role in the floral industry Excellent floral design skills and a strong portfolio of past work A keen eye for colour, texture, and composition Proficiency in working with a variety of floral materials and techniques Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines A passion for the art of floristry and a commitment to delivering exceptional results What we offer At Mary k floral design, we pride ourselves on creating a supportive and nurturing work environment where our team can thrive.
