Natibloom Florist is seeking an experienced Senior Florist to join our team in Narellan, NSW. As a casual role, this position offers flexible work arrangements to suit your needs offering 25+ hrs/wk. You will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our vibrant flower shop. What you'll be doing Designing and creating beautiful, high-quality floral arrangements for a variety of occasions, including weddings, events, and daily retail sales Providing outstanding customer service, offering advice and guidance to help customers select the perfect flowers and arrangements Maintaining the shop's inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring optimal presentation of all products Assisting with the training and mentoring of junior florists to develop their skills Contributing to the overall operations and success of the Natibloom Florist' store What we're looking for Minimum 3 years of experience as a professional florist, with a strong working knowledge of flower varieties, care, and design Excellent floral design skills, with the ability to create unique, high-quality arrangements Exceptional customer service orientation, with the ability to listen to customer needs and provide tailored solutions Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently Flexibility to work a casual schedule, including weekends and public holidays, however we love working to a set roster What we offer At Natibloom Florist, we pride ourselves on creating a supportive and nurturing work environment.
