Key duties and responsibilities include:* Performing month-end tasks and collaborating with the wider Finance team in completing month-end close* Support tax compliance, preparing the monthly BAS return, assisting Senior Financial Accountant in preparation of the FBT and Income Tax returns* Assist with audit queries, sampling requests and preparation of annual reports* Monthly preparation of balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring any variances are actioned and cleared each month* Stakeholder accruals at month-end and preparing month-end slideshow presentations to summarise financial performance* Processing entries and reconciliation between intercompany parties, including regular correspondence with accounting teams internationally**The Perks**O’Brien is committed to giving you fantastic benefits, a platform for development and working with you to grow your career.
