We are looking for two System Administrators to join our Sydney and Melbourne teams. The ideal candidates are enthusiastic about what they do, eager to grow their career, ready to take on new challenges, and have a learning mindset. As a System Administrator, you will be involved in: Managing the full lifecycle of IT assets, including laptops, docks, monitors, peripherals, and mobile devices Provisioning and imaging devices, handling offboarding asset recovery, and managing software licensing and installation Troubleshooting hardware and infrastructure issues across desktops, laptops, servers, network devices, UPS units, printers, scanners, cameras, and specialised lab/label devices Performing server administration tasks such as file system access, RDP access, service checks, print server setups, and routine server maintenance Supporting security and identity systems, including MFA, ADFS, domain join/removal, BitLocker, VPN diagnostics, and Falcon sensor investigations Installing, configuring, and supporting enterprise applications, including Microsoft 365, SAP GUI, Pronto, CapePack, LMES, TMI, Infinity, IMPOS, AVD, and Exchange tasks Supporting video conferencing, Teams phone number assignments, and room-based VC systems Assisting with networking tasks and ensuring connectivity, including switches, group policies, and basic network troubleshooting To thrive in the System Administrator role, you will need to have: Hands‑on experience with Azure, on‑premises Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Group Policy Confidence in troubleshooting hardware and software issues across desktops, servers, and mobile devices Solid understanding of Windows security fundamentals and basic networking concepts Ability to work independently, take ownership of technical issues, and provide proactive support to end‑users Experience with PowerShell scripting and enterprise application support is highly desirable An approachable, collaborative attitude and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non‑technical stakeholders You will benefit from: At Asta, our people are at the heart of everything we do.
