Job Description Managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts, building strong long‑term relationships. Translating customer needs into effective sales strategies and tailored proposals. Handling queries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth communication across teams. Preparing quotes, processing sales orders, and delivering accurate forecasting. Identifying upselling/cross‑selling opportunities to maximise account value. Staying ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and product updates. Collaborating with State and National Sales Managers on strategy and execution. Delivering regular reporting on performance, retention, and pipeline metrics. Qualifications Proven success in account management and B2B sales, with a track record of growing revenue. Strong knowledge of technical products, especially cabling, IT systems, and infrastructure. Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, confident handling escalations. Proficiency with Google Suite is essential; JIM2 and Salesforce experience is a bonus. A proactive mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and customer touchpoints.
