Join the opening team at Farra, the flagship restaurant of the soon-to-open HYDE Perth. Farra offers modern Greek and Mediterranean flavours with coastal Cycladic styling in a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere, focusing on seasonality and high-quality ingredients. Responsibilities Reporting to the Venue Manager, serve as Restaurant Manager for HYDE Perth, leading restaurant operations and delivering an unforgettable guest dining experience. Lead, inspire, and motivate a high-performing team that embodies HYDE values. Coordinate daily restaurant and bar operations in collaboration with the Bar Manager to ensure smooth service and top guest experience. Maintain full compliance with liquor licensing, health and safety standards, and other regulatory requirements. Prepare and submit required reports on time, including POS reconciliation, payroll, inventory, revenue, team member schedules, and action plans. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a supervisory role in a high-energy restaurant; hotel restaurant experience is a plus. Experience being part of a pre-opening team is advantageous. Natural people leader with warmth, empathy, and confidence. Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
