The Role As a Restaurant Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of the restaurant. You'll assist the management team in leading a team of dedicated staff, uphold our high standards of service, and contribute to the continued success of our hospitality group. Your responsibilities will include: Motivate, train, and mentor a diverse team to deliver top-notch customer service and maintain a positive work environment. Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, ordering, stock take, following and implementing OHS policies, recruitment, onboarding and training etc. Monitor financial performance, manage labour on shift, and contribute to revenue growth. What we're looking for? Proven experience in a hospitality leadership role, ideally as Restaurant Manager or an experienced Assistant Manager ready to take the next step in their career. Understanding of food and market trends and sound wine knowledge. Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house processes. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and collaborate with a diverse team. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable guest experiences. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
