The Opportunity We're seeking skilled Electricians who want more than just a job - someone ready to develop genuine expertise in power conversion and protection systems while contributing to our continued growth. You'll work on diverse projects in the Metro Area and throughout regional WA, working on compact systems through to large-scale installations exceeding 1MVA. This role offers genuine variety: commissioning new installations, preventative maintenance programs, emergency fault response, and client support across critical infrastructure projects where downtime isn't an option. What You'll Bring Strong electrical fault-finding ability and systematic troubleshooting approach Genuine curiosity about how things work and desire to expand your technical knowledge Willingness to work regionally throughout WA (FIFO/DIDO arrangements) Relevant electrical qualifications (Australian-recognised Electrical Trade Certificate) Commitment to safety standards and professional client engagement Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening What We Offer Comprehensive training in specialised power protection equipment and UPS systems Clear career pathway – we promote from within and value long-term team members Competitive remuneration package with access to OT all at double time. Base rates between $50 – $60 per hour depending on experience.
