As the Executive Director Industrial Relations, you will have specific legislative,policy, regulatory and advisory responsibilities for industrial relations (including in theState’s public sector), labour hire licensing and related matters and provide strategicdirection to the planning, development and implementation of government priorities.As a leader in Queensland Government you will display outstanding judgement, high level integrity, strong agility to adapt to a constantly changing environment, a strong achievement orientation, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.You will have extensive knowledge of contemporary industrial relations, including state and national industrial relations legislation and industrial tribunals; together with a detailed understanding of Executive Government and Cabinet processes, and the economic, social, political and stakeholder environment within which industrial relations policy is developed and implemented.If you are interested in this exciting opportunity we encourage you to read the role description and talk further with the contact officer.Applications to remain current for 12 months.Further information
