About the role We’re looking for a motivated Conveyancer who enjoys having autonomy in their work. This is a true end-to-end position where you’ll manage your own files from instruction through to settlement, working primarily on residential property matters. You’ll also have the opportunity to take on some light commercial conveyancing work as part of your development. You’ll be joining a friendly, close-knit practice where quality work, attention to detail and client care really matter. How you will do this Manage residential property transactions from contract to settlement Liaise with clients, agents, banks, and other solicitors to ensure smooth settlements Prepare and review contracts, transfer documents and settlement statements Handle PEXA settlements and maintain accurate file management and compliance records Provide clear communication and regular updates to clients throughout each transaction Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep matters on track Support process improvements and contribute to a positive team culture About you Experienced Conveyancer or a graduate Property Lawyer ready to take ownership of your own files Confident handling the full conveyancing process with strong attention to detail Skilled communicator with a client-first approach Organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple matters at once Knowledge of PEXA and relevant legislation will be highly regarded This is a great opportunity to make the role your own, work with autonomy, and build your expertise in a supportive, down-to‑earth environment.
