Program Reporting Project Officer Work as a Program Reporting Project Officer for a high-profile national security agency, providing critical project administration, reporting and financial support to complex ICT programs. In this role you’ll keep projects on track through meticulous documentation, coordination, and stakeholder support, ensuring governance, procurement and assets are all managed smoothly. Location: Canberra, ACT Contract Duration: 12 months with 2 x 12-month extension options Security Clearance Requirement: Current TSPV clearance required Closing Date: 10 : 00am, Monday 15 December 2025 Key Responsibilities Provide general administrative and program reporting support, including record keeping, secretariat services and preparation of briefs, minutes and communications Assist with procurement submissions and documentation in line with Commonwealth legislation and agency guidelines Support project administration including schedule maintenance, risk and issue tracking, financial administration and resource management Contribute to financial planning and budgeting, collating financial data and reports to support decision-making, as well as contract and asset / configuration management Key Criteria Demonstrated experience supporting complex ICT projects within a structured governance environment Experience using government (ideally Defence) financial systems, with strong financial administration skills Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team, with excellent organisational and written / verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks and maintain high attention to detail How to Apply Does this role sound perfect for you?
