At Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD), we are committed to Trusted Care, Better Health for Everyone, and we are seeking Enrolled Nurses to join our dedicated Community Nursing team at Long Jetty Heath Care Facility and Kincumber Community Health Centre. This is a maternity relief position; should the permanent incumbent return early from maternity leave, this contract will cease with two weeks’ notice. Positions can be up to 12 months, with possibility of continued employment for up to an additional 12 months for reduced hours. Responsibilities Deliver nursing care within scope of practice, ensuring safe, timely and person‑centred service delivery. Support patients in the community through health monitoring, medication administration and wound management. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive health outcomes for clients and families. Contribute to quality improvement, professional development and evidence‑based nursing practice. Maintain accountability for your actions and participate in ongoing performance and skills development. About You Current registration with AHPRA as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with medication endorsement and a valid Australian Driver Licence. Demonstrated knowledge and skills relevant to Community Nursing practice. Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, including basic computer literacy. Proven ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and prioritise workload in a dynamic environment.
