Senior Change Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to play a pivotal role in a high-profile, enterprise-wide transformation program. You will work closely with senior leaders, business stakeholders and delivery teams to design and execute the change strategy across a critical 2-year phase of the program. This role suits someone who is comfortable operating with autonomy, influencing at senior levels, and driving meaningful behavioral and cultural change in complex environments. Key Responsibilities Lead the end‑to‑end change management strategy across a large transformation program Develop and deliver change plans including stakeholder engagement, communications, training and readiness activities Conduct detailed change impact assessments across people, process and technology Design and execute communication strategies tailored to diverse stakeholder groups Plan and deliver training and learning solutions aligned to future‑state ways of working Partner closely with program, technical and business leaders to align change with delivery milestones Identify and manage change risks, issues and dependencies Support leaders and sponsors to effectively lead change within their teams Contribute to strengthening enterprise change capability and best practice adoption Key experience includes Proven success delivering sustained change in large, complex environments Strong grounding in change management frameworks and methodologies Experience designing and delivering effective communication and training programs Exceptional stakeholder engagement, influencing and consulting skills Ability to translate complex change into clear, practical messages Exposure to Agile, human‑centred design or modern change practices Excellent planning, facilitation and problem‑solving capabilities If this sounds like you and you would like to be involved in a rapidly growing company with a great culture, please apply within.
