About The Role We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate to work in our corporate and commercial team, working closely with Andy McNee. In this role you will be working with private equity houses, Australian-listed public companies, investment banks and overseas companies which hold Australian investments. He also has an established equity capital markets practice and expertise in advising on sports and entertainment law. Our private equity team uses its extensive private capital industry experience in delivering advice and transactional support, with a targeted focus on achieving outcomes which address key commercial objectives for our clients. We advise across the entire investment life cycle, from fund structuring and establishment, fundraising, buyouts, distressed investments, minority stakes, platform acquisitions, bolt-on acquisitions, consortium arrangements, take-privates, leveraged and syndicated financing, through to an exit via an IPO or sale. This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative team that does high quality work for our clients in both the private and public sectors. About You 6+ years PQE working across PE transactions. Have a client-focused approach with a keen interest in obtaining great outcomes for clients. Have the ability to demonstrate exceptional drafting skills and an eye for detail.
