Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing sales within a designated territory, building strong relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. This is a hands‑on, field‑based role focused on maximising partner potential, increasing claims volume, and delivering sustainable business growth. Key responsibilities include: Driving new business opportunities through regular face‑to‑face engagement and proactive relationship management Managing and nurturing existing partner relationships to increase referrals and repeat business Identifying sales opportunities and expansion strategies across new and existing industries Delivering client training and education on the Compass value proposition Maintaining strong internal relationships to ensure alignment and seamless partner and client outcomes Contributing innovative ideas and commercial insights to support broader business growth initiatives Collaborating with the sales team and actively participating in meetings and territory planning This is a results‑driven role where field execution, relationship management, and commercial focus come together to deliver measurable outcomes within your territory.
