We are currently seeking a dedicated Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Advisor to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor OHS policies and procedures to ensure legal and company compliance. Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments. Investigate incidents and coordinate corrective action plans. Train staff and contractors on safe work practices and procedures. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of OHS legislation and best practices. Prepare safety documentation, reports, and improvement plans. Foster a strong safety culture across multiple sites. Requirements Relevant qualification in Occupational Health and Safety or related field. At least 1 year of work experience in a similar OHS role Strong understanding of Australian OHS legislation and standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
