About The Role Overnight Gaming Supervisor - Matthew Flinders Hotel role at Endeavour Group Gaming Attendant | Matthew Flinders Hotel | Dream big with us Let’s go to the pub Chances are, it’s one of ours. ALH owns and operates more pubs than anyone, servicing over 350 Australian communities. We’re looking for a proactive Gaming Attendant to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm and authentic service. To be suitable for this role, you’ll be motivated to comply with Responsible Service of Alcohol and Gaming regulations. Responsibilities Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won’t forget Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety as well as RSA and RCG compliance Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations What we need from you You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates You must be able to work Weeknight Grave Shifts and Weekend Grave Shifts You hold current industry RSA, RCG module 1 and Gaming Licence qualifications as a minimum You’ll have experience in Gaming Environments, Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance, Great customer Service, punctual, and the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Benefits An exclusive discount card for our ALH Hotels pubs & accommodation, BWS, Dan Murphy’s and other Endeavour Group brands.
