Gaming Supervisor

We are looking for a Gaming Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Dee Why RSL. As a Gaming Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our gaming floor, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and compliance. This is a full-time position based in Dee Why, NSW. What you'll be doing Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the gaming floor. Provide excellent customer service, including the resolution of patron-related matters. Supervise and coordinate the duties of the gaming team. Contribute to the effective training, development, and performance management of the gaming team. Maintain a compliance focus and a continuous improvement mindset. Provide insightful operational reporting and contribute to identifying and implementing enhancements. What we're looking for Previous experience in food & beverage, gaming or customer service. Experience in a supervisory role within the gaming, club or hospitality industries is highly regarded. Strong knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficient in using gaming/other management software and reporting systems. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Flexible and adaptable to changing operational requirements. The ability to obtain NSW RSA, RCG & ARCG certification, if not currently held. Comfortable with providing first aid, and confident in emergency situations. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, whilst always maintaining a positive attitude and a smile When you'll work This is a full-time role, working on a rotating roster.
