An exciting career opportunity exists for a highly motivated & proactive Shift Supervisor to join the team at Springvale RSL on a casual basis with a view to full-time. As Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for supporting and assisting the Operations Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operation of the gaming room, bar and bistro including successfully supervising and participating in gaming work. Responsibilities and qualifications include: Experience in supervising and performing gaming operations and cash handling duties. Leadership in delivering a consistent, high‑level of customer service. Motivation and initiation in building business success through your efforts and your team. Industry experience is essential. Flexible availability required; however, we are happy to accommodate reasonable requests in roster availability. We offer a great work/life balance, generous remuneration & a great team to work with.
