Overview We are looking for an experienced Casual Gaming Supervisor to join the PLG team at the Grand Hotel in Frankston . You will play a pivotal role in overseeing gaming operations, ensuring all regulatory compliance requirements are met, and delivering a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers. The Grand Hotel is located in Frankston, the gateway to the Mornington Peninsula. Featuring a family friendly bistro, great service and a relaxed atmosphere, making it the perfect dining experience for all to enjoy. Responsibilities Ensure the gaming room is always of a high standard in terms of cleanliness, customer service, lighting and ambiance. Oversee daily gaming operations, including game management and equipment functionality. Ensure that all policies, procedures and regulatory compliance requirements are always being met. Supervise and support gaming staff and provide training and guidance to maintain high performance standards. Assist when required with the management team in the further development of the gaming room. The role you are applying for may be quite fast‑paced and require you to complete tasks including but not limited to lifting boxes, kegs or stock, standing for long periods of time, and utilising stairs. Qualifications Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA). Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG). Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence. Food Handlers Certificate. TAB Compliance. Previous experience in a similar role. Ability to lead, motivate and manage staff effectively. Strong interpersonal skills.
