About the Position We are seeking a dedicated, experienced and proactive HSEQ professional who will assist in developing and implementing Health Safety Environment programs in accordance with relevant policies and legislation. The role will see you. Assist with designing and leading our safety training academy, whilst promoting a culture of learning and continuous improvement Partner with operational teams to translate HSEQ requirements into practical, effective solutions. Support risk assessments, audits and incident investigations focused on learning and improvement. Deliver engaging inductions, training and coaching to build HSEQ capability across teams. Develop, implement and review Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Management Plans. Monitor site conditions, identify hazards and provide timely, hands-on HSEQ support. Collaborate with contractors and project teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. Communicate clearly and build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation. Be our Champion leading best practice across all facets of our business About You Certification in IV in training and assessment Cert IV in Health and Safety (minimum) – Essential Demonstrated ability to lead HSEQ initiatives and drive operational quality on-site Well-rounded experience across safety, environment and quality Excellent written and verbal communication skills Willingness to travel Adopts a growth mindset mentality Ability to think quick and outside of the square This is a rare opportunity to join a growing company.
