Managing Director - ServiceNow Consultant - CIS (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, FSM, SPM, APM, CAD, CSA) Associate Change Analyst (x2) Location: Canberra Preferred (Hybrid – Mix of Onsite & Remote) ️ Estimated Start Date: 20 January 2026 Security Requirement: Must hold or be able to obtain Baseline Security Clearance About the Opportunity Hatchit Studios is seeking two Associate Change Analysts to support a major federal government transformation initiative involving the delivery of new digital, operational, and legislative capabilities. These roles are ideal for candidates with up to three years’ experience in change management who thrive in fast‑moving project environments, enjoy hands‑on collaboration, and can support UAT, Go‑Live , and stakeholder readiness activities. You will contribute to the delivery of change across a complex landscape, ensuring end‑users are prepared, supported, and engaged throughout the transition. Key Responsibilities Support the development and delivery of communications , surveys , and supporting change materials Assist with stakeholder engagement , feedback collection, and readiness assessments Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Go‑Live activities Monitor, track, and report on change progress , risks, and issues Embed change activities within agile workflows , working closely with BAs and SMEs Support resistance management , addressing concerns with practical solutions Produce clear, concise documentation , reports, and presentations Adhere to organisational standards, policies, and WHS requirements Skills & Experience Required Up to 3 years’ experience in change management Demonstrable experience working in a complex program or project environment Hands‑on experience supporting UAT , technology releases , and/or customer‑facing change activities Excellent verbal communication and stakeholder engagement skills Strong capability in producing clear documentation and reports Experience working in agile delivery teams Competent in data analysis and presenting insights to stakeholders Motivated, proactive, and adaptable with a strong can‑do attitude Desirable (Nice to Have) Experience working within federal government projects Tertiary qualifications in Business, Communications, HR, IT, or similar Prosci or ADKAR knowledge Why Join Us?
