Based in the Sydney CBD head office (five days per week onsite), you’ll be immersed in a collaborative team environment that values connection, visibility, and shared learning. What you’ll do You’ll design, build, and maintain dashboards and data models that unlock value from Dynamics 365 CRM and connected enterprise systems. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Contracts, and Finance, translating questions into insight and complexity into clarity. Your work will directly support data-driven decision-making across a national organisation that’s transforming how it operates, invests, and delivers for its customers. What you’ll lead Design, build, and optimise Power BI dashboards and data models that drive business insight. Create efficient Power Query transformations and DAX measures that scale. Partner with business teams to translate data needs into actionable visualisation outcomes. Profile source systems (Dynamics 365, Finance, Marketing) and implement robust data pipelines. Embed governance and documentation for trust, adoption, and consistency. Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and modernise reporting. Support CRM transformation outcomes through data quality, lineage, and best practice; and Contribute to BI standards and templates that shape Aveo’s enterprise-wide reporting future. What you’ll bring Minimum 3 years’ experience in Power BI development and data modelling (DAX, Power Query). Strong SQL skills and understanding of data transformation principles. Exposure to Dynamics 365 or other large-scale CRM environments highly advantageous not essential. Curious and analytical mindset: comfortable digging into messy data and making sense of it. Proactive communicator who loves solving business problems through data. Ambition to grow into broader data engineering and governance work; and A team player who takes ownership, follows through, and learns fast.
