The Role As a Power BI Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in developing and managing reporting solutions that inform decisions at every level of the business. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, clean and model data, and deliver clear, actionable insights through intuitive dashboards. Key Responsibilities: Design, build and maintain interactive reports and dashboards in Power BI Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and improve data visibility Perform data modelling, cleaning, and transformation to ensure high-quality, usable datasets Provide insights and recommendations that support strategic and operational decisions Work alongside technical teams on data integration, with Mulesoft experience highly desirable About You You’ll bring: 5+ years’ experience in Power BI analytics and dashboard development Strong skills in data modelling, transformation, and visualisation Experience working directly with business users to define reporting needs Confidence working independently in a fast-paced environment Experience with Mulesoft (highly desirable but not essential) Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills A passion for clean data, clear visuals, and continuous improvement Perks, Benefits & What’s On Offer Initial 6-month contract with strong potential to extend or transition into a permanent role Work with a market-leading brand in the construction industry Opportunities for long-term career progression within a forward-thinking team Onsite role based in Melbourne – collaborate closely with business users and teams Supportive, down-to‑earth culture with a strong focus on people and innovation What Next?
