The Role: You will provide essential, person-centred support to our participants in the St Peters (Marrickville area) . Working within our trauma-informed framework, you’ll use teamwork, empathy, clear communication, and practical wisdom to empower individuals to live their best lives. The ideal candidate will have: A genuine passion for helping others and improving lives. An understanding of, or willingness to learn, trauma-informed care practices (mental health experience is a bonus). Essential - or willingness to learn: Experience or competency in medication administration Essential: A valid Australian Driver’s Licence , a reliable insured vehicle (kilometres reimbursed). The wisdom to listen deeply, the kindness to be firm when needed, and a strong dose of common sense.
