Our Community Support Workers support our participants with social, community & recreational participation, in-home support & daily living activities, specialised transport & domestic support. Thrive in managing your own time and working independently. Adapt easily to changing work environments. Possess qualifications in Disability or Mental Health (highly regarded but not essential). Have NDIS experience (highly regarded but not required). Your Responsibilities Provide professional and compassionate care. Support clients under general guidance from their family or themselves. Work within defined guidelines and exercise sound judgment, initiative, and confidentiality. Assist with daily personal care and community access. Manage your own schedule with minimal supervision. What We Need from You A genuine passion for empowering individuals with disabilities. This role requires a diploma in a relevant field. Experience in mental health, personal care, and handling youth with complex behaviors. Knowledge of restrictive practices. Certification and experience in the disability sector (career shifters welcome). A current NDIS Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
