The role requires leadership in guiding teams, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full‑time hybrid role, based in Melbourne, VIC, with opportunities for remote work. Required Qualifications & Skills Knowledge of Registered Training Organisation (RTO) compliance standards and experience in managing training programs. Exceptional skills in sales strategy development, business development, and client relationship management. Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills. Proficiency in project management principles and frameworks, with a focus on analytics and decision‑making. Experience with educational course development, delivering student‑focused solutions, and industry engagement. Ability to work in a hybrid role and adapt to changing work environments. Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116 or later). Advanced qualification in education, management, or related field. Proven senior leadership experience in an RTO environment. Strong knowledge of VET Quality Framework, ESOS, AQF, and compliance standards. Experience in financial management and strategic business development. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills. Proficiency in LMS/ILR systems and compliance reporting tools. Compliance Requirements National Police Check and Working with Children Check (where applicable). Fit and Proper Person requirements as per ASQA standards. Adherence to 2025 Standards for RTOs and continuous improvement obligations. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Compliance audit scores and zero critical non‑compliances. Achievement of learner outcome targets and satisfaction benchmarks. Financial performance against budget and revenue growth targets. Successful delivery of strategic projects and partnerships.
