Senior Residential Architect (3–6-month contract) This leading national architecture and design studio is growing their Melbourne team and seeking an experienced Project or Senior Architect with deep knowledge of D&BP and the multi-residential sector to join their Melbourne studio. With major apartment and mixed-use projects in the pipeline, and shared work across their Melbourne & Sydney studios, they’re looking for a design-savvy, technically capable leader to join their team. If you've previously delivered multi-residential projects this is your chance to add real value to a national design conversation. Key Responsibilities Lead multi-residential projects from design development through to construction documentation Apply in-depth knowledge of NSW apartment design guidelines and planning controls Coordinate consultant input and oversee team deliverables Prepare and review Revit documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance Collaborate with a cross-studio team to produce thoughtful, high-quality outcomes Skills & Experience Master's in architecture and ARBV registered preferable 8+ years of post-grad experience with a strong focus on multi-residential projects Extensive Class 2, 3, &/or 9c experience Understands the requirements under the D&BP Act Proven experience working under NSW planning and compliance frameworks Revit proficiency essential—hands‑on capability required Strong design, coordination and delivery experience Confident communicator with leadership capability Benefits & Culture National design studio with strong presence across various sectors Melbourne-based role with real influence over interstate projects Down-to‑earth, collaborative team with a design-first mindset Inclusive and diverse workplace with career growth opportunities Great work‑life balance and centrally located studio 3–6-month contract, with potential to go permanent REFERENCE EG 70956 If the above position appeals to you then please submit your CV and portfolio (no more than 10mb PDF attachment) to *****@bespokecareers.com and we'll be in touch.
