An established, award-winning, national design practice that works across a range of project sectors is currently seeking a senior project leader to become part of their talented team. This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior architect specialising in multi‑residential developments to work on a diverse scope of projects and exercise their creativity and leadership skills Key Responsibilities Work collaboratively and independently delivering across multiple projects concurrently at various stages from DD to CA Quick to understand and meet project requirements Manage relationships with key clients to ensure their brief is met Detailed programming, planning and budgeting of each project Maintain positive relationships with clients and consultants Efficient and effective management of staff and delegate responsibility and provide support when required Preparation of fee proposals and managing project fees Skills & Experience Minimum 10 years of post‑grad experience Registration as Architect (preferred) Proficiency in Revit is a must Highly competent in Design Development, Documentation and Construction/Site Admin.
